STA Contact

The Shenendehowa Teachers Association (STA) is a professional organization and the collective bargaining agent for the Shenendehowa professional staff members.  We have over 740 members, many of whom are residents of the district.

The partnership of the American Federation of Teachers and the National Education Association (AFT and NEA) comprise our parent organization.  The New York State United Teachers Union (NYSUT) is our state affiliate the the AFT.  The Shenendehowa Teachers Association (STA) is our local, representing our members at Shen.

As an STA member, you are also a member of the AFT, the NEA, and NYSUT.  You will find links and resources for all of these organizations on this site.
